ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to drop the disciplinary proceedings. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the charge memo has been quashed by this Court in W.P.No.29531 of 2025, by order dated 19.11.2025.

4.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation to reinstate him into service pursuant to the quashment of the charge memo. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
