This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.22326 of 2025, dated 11.08.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation has been completed and final report filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.22326 of 2025 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
