ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take suitable action against the 5 th and 6 th respondents pursuant to the
petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2025. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the agricultural land in Sy.No.1E2 situated at 54, Kottapalayam Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District and that he is doing cultivation in the said agricultural land. The further case of the petitioner is that S.Nos.1/2, 2/1 and 8/3 situated at 54, Kottapalayam Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District belongs to the 4 th respondent panchayat union.
While that being so, the th respondent, who is a fellow villager is trying to break the rocks from the about mentioned panchayat road using dangerous explosive materials for the purpose of laying drinking water pipe lines to his residence and that earlier, the th respondent had broken the rocks from the said panchayat road without obtaining any permission from the concerned authorities. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 18.08.2025 to the respondents 1 to 4 to prevent the 5 th respondent from breaking the rocks using explosive materials and to take suitable action against the 6 th respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.
6.Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 5 and 6, notice to them is dispensed with.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2025, in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also the respondents 5 and 6, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
