JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order dated 10.01.2024 passed in E.C. No.6 of 2021 by the Joint Commissioner of Labour II, Chennai-6.

2. With the consent of both the parties the matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties. Accordingly settlement was arrived at between the parties and a Mediation Report of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, along with a settlement agreement dated 09.03.2026 entered into between the parties, duly signed by both the appellant and the respondents 3 to 6 / petitioners and their counsels, is filed and the same is recorded.

3. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A. No.292 of 2026 is disposed of in accordance with the settlement agreement arrived at between the parties in the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. The settlement agreement dated 09.03.2026 shall form part of the decree in C.M.A.No.292 of 2026. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
