This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 570 days in filing the above second appeal.

2.Mr.S.Sathish, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalath for the respondents 3 to 6.

3.Mr. P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent did not raise any objection in allowing this petition. This Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.

4.The Registry is directed to number C.M.A.Sr.No.184495 of 2025, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same on 12.02.2026. 5.It is made clear that the petitioner will not be entitled for any interest for the default period, if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
