This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.3367 of 2025 on the file of the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai. 2.A perusal of the records shows that the trial Court had issued summons to the petitioner, but, has not taken cognizance till date and a notice dated 23.10.2025 has been issued to the petitioner, for appearance on 25.10.2025 as per the first proviso to Section 223 of BNSS, 2023. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the grounds before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai. She also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the submission made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the trial Court. Connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
