ORDER
This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the arbitration proceedings.
2. Heard both sides.
3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of filing of written arguments and passing of final award. Hence,
considering the submissions made on either side, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of four months from today.
