ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the tentative seniority list dated 30.05.2025 on the ground that the 2nd respondent failed to follow the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court to prepare the tentative seniority list only on the basis of merit.

having submitted any objection earlier. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also taking into account the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Contempt Petition (Civil) Diary No. 6415/2021 in SLP (C) No. 2886/2016, the petitioners may be granted one more opportunity to submit their objections against the impugned tentative seniority list.
4. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to submit their objections against the impugned tentative seniority list to the 2nd respondent within a period of one week from today. On receipt of the objections, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, and thereafter publish the final seniority list of Motor Vehicles Inspector Grade-I forthwith.
