2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is yet to be concluded.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.8(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.27406 of 2025, dated 03.10.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
