O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 17.12.2021 passed by the first respondent, thereby rejecting the review application filed by the petitioner seeking to revisit the order of suspension dated 23.01.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Even according to the petitioner, an enquiry was subsequently conducted and he was terminated from service. However, the order of termination has not yet been served to the petitioner. Therefore, the order of suspension and the rejection of review application no longer survive for consideration, since the petitioner has already been terminated from service.

4. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to serve the order of termination on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
