Mr.G.Mutharasu, learned counsel for the petitioner brings to my notice that pursuant to the order dated 18.11.2025 giving interim protection to the petitioner, the petitioner has been able to list the appeal in A.S.No.698 of 2023 and interim stay has been granted in the appeal on 04.12.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent also admits to the said position.

3. In the light of the above, I do not see any purpose in the present revision being maintained on the file of this Court. The petitioner's right has already been protected by an interim order granted on 04.12.2025 in A.S.No.698 of 2023.

4. Recording the same, the civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
