Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition (Criminal) is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or direction in the nature of writ, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate a disciplinary action against respondents 4 to 11 caused for filing a false case registered against the petitioner and consistently life threat to the petitioner and his family by 2/5

respondents 4 to 11 in police excess and abuse of power in official position and registered false case against the petitioner and his brother and imprisoned the petitioner alone 15 days, this was entirely a pre-planned conspired with the police officers respondents 4 to 11 with above said accused a great injustice against the petitioner and the petitioner cannot practicing legal profession from the beginning, and the petitioner old age parents, petitioner brother suffering cannot be compensated by way of any means. Therefore, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2025 and provide appropriate compensation to the petitioner Rs.10,00,000/- lakhs each of them for mental anguish, financial loss to the petitioner legal profession and tarnishing of the petitioner's reputation. O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner had earlier filed a petition in W.P.(Crl.) No.1087 of 2025 with a similar prayer against the same respondents before a Co-ordinate Bench. When the said matter came up on 15.10.2025, the petitioner (Partyin-Person), after arguing for sometime, withdrew the petition and hence, the Co-ordinate Bench dismissed the same as withdrawn. Now, the petitioner has again approached this Court with the very same prayer. 3/5

Having heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and upon perusal of the materials available on record, this Court finds that this act of the petitioner/party-in-person, who is an Advocate, is nothing short of forum shopping. 3.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands dismissed. No costs.
