(Order of the Court was made by N. SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation given by petitioner dated 24.10.2025 and grant emergency leave of 9 days to the petitioner's husband namely G.Murali (PID No.665896) Convict Prisoner No.11133, aged 52 years, now confined in the Central Prison I, Puzhal, without escort.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner's husband is suffering from various ailments and also underwent surgeries for hernia and despite taking various treatments, the condition is deteriorating due to imprisonment. The learned counsel further submits that in this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondent and seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this

writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.10.2025 on it own merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
