ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vandhavasi, everyday at 10.30 a.m., and the petitioner is also directed to appear before the respondent police daily K.RAJASEKAR, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27433 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
