ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a charge sheet in Crime No.374 of 2022.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and that the respondent will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two (2) months.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.374 of 2022 within a period of two months from today.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
