ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.14731 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.468 of 2025 dated 06.08.2025, passed by this Court report before the respondent police on first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of the final report.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.14731 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.468 of 2025 dated 06.08.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court, as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
