This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.

Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the de facto complainant, FIR has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.210 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC and that the petitioner was called only for enquiry.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
