in W.P.No.21892 of 2015 HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., The captioned writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to complete the framing of Special Rules for the post of Tutor in Pharmacy, Assistant Reader, Reader in Pharmacy in conformity with the educational qualifications prescribed by the All India Council for Technical Education and Pharmacy Council of India.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the captioned writ petition, the Government issued G.O.Ms.No.274, Health and Family Welfare (AA1) Department dated 07.09.2015 prescribing the revised nomenclature for the teaching posts in Pharmacy and enhancing the educational qualifications for certain posts. further submitted that this writ miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking amendment of the prayer in the main writ petition. HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., mk
3. If the amendment petition is allowed, the nature of the writ petition will remain unaltered and moreover, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents, since they are at liberty to a file counter affidavit to the amended prayer.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary and consequential amendments in the main writ petition and post the main writ petition in the third week of January 2026.
