This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience of order dated 02.01.2025 in W.P.No. 38808 of 2024.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the the order passed by this Court in WP.No.38808 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025, the respondent has passed the order on 09.02.2026. Hence, there is no wilful disobedience.
