ORDER

This Contempt Petition arises out of the Order dated 11.07.2025 in W.P.No.25388 of 2025 passed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate appeared on behalf of the Respondent submitted that pursuant to the Order dated 11.07.2025 in W.P.No.25388 of 2025 passed by this Court, Respondent has issued the Proceedings dated 06.03.2025 bearing Na.Ka.5007/2025/Aa1 and thereby, the Respondent has duly complied with the direction issued by this Court in Order dated 11.07.2025 in W.P.No.25388 of 2025. The learned Government Advocate has produced a copy of the Proceedings dated 06.03.2025 issued by the Respondent, before this Court.

3. The above submission made by the learned Government Advocate has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for Petitioner.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed and the Respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
