SOLEMNLY AFFIRMED :
I am the the applicant/Third Party herein, I am well acquainted with the facts and circumstances of this case. I am filing my examination in Chief in the form of the Proof Affidavit. In continuation of the same, I am now deposing and marking the following documents: Ex.A1 is the certified copy of Plaint in C.S.No.271 of 2002, on the file of High Court, Madras.
Ex.A2 is the certified copy of D.D.31.07.2003, bearing No.008827.
EX.A3 is a certified copy of Letter dated 31.07.2003 from the Respondents 2 and 3 acknowlegding the receipt of D.D. No.008827. EX.A4 is a certified copy of Agreement of Sale deed dated 05.10.2003, entered between the Respondents 2 and 3 and Applicant. EX.A5 is a certified copy of Letter dated 28.06.2006 from the Respondents 2 and 3 to the Applicant.
EX.A6 is a certified copy of Plaint in O.S.No.5815 of 1997, on the file of II Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.
EX.A7 is a certified copy of Plaint in O.S.No.7584 of 2005 on the file of XIII Asst. City Civil Court, Chennai.
EX.A8 is a certified copy of Plaint in O.S.No.7585 of 2005 on the file of XIII Asst. City Civil Court, Chennai.
