(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's wife, secure and produce her before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner's wife is missing from the house from 16.10.2025. In this regard, he has given a complaint and FIR has been registered under woman missing. Hence, this petition.

3. Today, the detenue is produced before this Court. According to her, her husband is not taking care of her, hence, she left the place and she is staying with her aunt. She is not willing to go with the petitioner. Such view of the matter, as the detenue is a major, let her decide her life.
