This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 619 days in filing the above said Criminal Revision Petition against the order passed in M.C.No.17 of 2022 dated 02.12.2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1 at Madhuranthakam

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 619 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
