This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.101/2025 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udagamandalam, the Nilrigis District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. She further submitted that the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court may be dispensed with.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The presence of the petitioner before the trial Court viz., Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udagamandalam, the Nilrigis District pertaining to C.C.No.101/2025, is dispensed with, except for receipt of copies, answering the charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C., / Section 351 of BNSS and on the date of pronouncing Judgment and also on any other dates as may be required by the trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
