The petitioner herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the punishable offences under Sections 281, 125(a), 296(b), 118(1), 109(1), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 (equivalent Section 279, 336, 294(b), 324, 307, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.184 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/4
2. The allegation against the petitioner is that, due to previous enmity, he along with other accused, abused and attacked the defacto complainant with a weapon, thereby causing severe injuries. Hence, the present case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital. He further submitted that apart from this case, petitioner has 5 previous cases. Hence, he opposed to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the nature of offence and also considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
