2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Though this writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, the petitioner had submitted a representation only on 10.11.2025 that too there is no proof for receiving the same by the respondent.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation to the respondent and on receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
