ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) A representation dated 07.11.2025 has been made by petitioner requesting authorities not to construct Panchayat office on a land, which, according to petitioner, is occasionally used for religious congregation.
2. There is nothing in the petition to show that the land belongs to temple authorities. The land apparently is a Government land. Therefore, no direction can be issued by this Court. However, taking
into consideration the sentiments expressed, it is open to petitioner to pursue his representation before the authorities.
