These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 76 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2. Ms. S. Vasavi Sridevi, the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr. S.S.Santhosa Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing these petitions. This Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are ordered.
