COMMON ORDER These applications have been filed for substituted service as against the respondents 2 to 4 in both the applications in O.A.Nos.655 and 656 of 2025 to effect paper publication in one of the daily newspapers.

2. According to the applicant, he is the plaintiff in the main Suit, and he filed the Suit for defamation and he already had taken notices to the respondents 2 to 4 several times but was unable to serve the notice. The respondents 2 to 4 are evading from service of notice. Therefore, he filed these applications.

3.The other side has no objection.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and in order to serve notice to the respondents 2 to 4, it is appropriate to allow these applications.

5. Accordingly, these applications are allowed and the applicant is permitted to take paper publication in the English Newspaper in the local edition of Maharashtra in respect of the second respondent. As far as the respondents 3 and 4 are concerned, the applicant is permitted to take paper publication in any one of the Tamil Newspapers circulating in Chennai by indicating the date of hearing as 09.01.2026. 24-11-2025 (1/2) dk Page No.3 of 4
