Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, quashing the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent vide Na.Ka. No.Arbit A2NH-45A/ 2652(2)/ 2019 under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48/1956) dated 23.12.2024 and direct the 4th respondent to re-fix the compensation at Rs.2,230/- per sq.m., along with 100 percent solatium and at 12 percent interest per annum from the date of possession till the date of payment within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court For Petitioner : Mr.J.Prakash Raj For Respondent : Ms.Poornam CGC for R1, Mr.P.Sathish, AGP for R3 & 4, Mrs.S.R.Sumathy, St.counsel for R2
