ORDER
The petitioner came for the grievance that the 16 feet road, which connects her property to the main road had been obstructed by placing debris over the same. She stated that despite intimation, the respondents 1 to 5 did not initiate any action.
2. When the matter came up before this Court on 28.11.2025, Ms.T.Vidyasri, appearing for M/s.P.T.Ramadevi and Mr.R.Kishore Kumar, appearing for the Inspector of Police, J5, Shastri Nagar Police Station, represented that immediate steps will be taken to remove the obstructions over the passage.
3. I recorded the statement and post the matter today.
4. When I took up the matter today, Mr.V.Meghanathan, learned 3/7
counsel appearing for the 5th respondent has produced photographs to show that the obstruction has been removed totally.
5. Ms.T.Vidyasri, assures before this Court that the respondents 1 to 4 will ensure that the public passage will be maintained free of any obstruction.
