Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conduct elaborate enquiry in regarding with 2nd respondent recruitment process by way of conducting examination and take further actions by conducting fresh examination for filling up the Assistant and Junior Assistants posts in cooperative societies and banks.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct an elaborate enquiry into the recruitment process undertaken by the 2nd respondent recruitment process by way of conducting examination, and to take further action by conducting a fresh examination for filling up the posts of Assistant and Junior Assistants in cooperative societies and banks. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the issue raised in the present writ petition is already under consideration before a Division Bench of this Court in W.P No.17071 of 2025, in which orders have been reserved.
3.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition at this stage. However, it is made clear that the benefit of the order that may be passed by the Division Bench in W.P No.17071 of 2025 shall also enure to the benefit of the petitioners herein.
4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 06-02-2026 Index: Yes/No (2/2) Speaking/Non-speaking order UMA
