Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment made by Respondents 5 and 6 in Survey Number 286/18, 322/2, 334/7, classified as Geological Channel (Nilaviya Vaikal) by considering the petitioner representation dated 28.10.2025. [Made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.,] With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the revenue authorities conducted survey, identified the encroachments and issued notice to the encroachers under the provisions of the Statute.
2. Since the encroachment actions already commenced, the official respondents are directed to continue the same by following procedures as contemplated under the Statute and Rules in force and by affording opportunity to the encroachers. The exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
