(Order of the Court was made by N.Sathish Kumar J.) The present Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 93 days in representing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. I am satisfied that the petitioner/appellant has made out sufficient cause for the delay. Hence, this petition is allowed and the delay of 93 days in representing the appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
