2. Mr.M.S.Arasakumar, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 2 & 3. Mr.B.Vijay, learned Standing counsel, takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent.

3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petitions have been taken up for disposal in the admission stage itself.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in this case, the petitioners, being the lawful lessees and cultivators of the respective subject properties, are in peaceful possession of the said st properties and also paying the lease amounts to the Receivers of 1 respondent appointed vide the order of this Court. The petitioner had substantially developed the said lands by investing a huge amount towards irrigation, fencing and cultivation. Under these circumstances, st respondent issued an auction notice dated 18.05.2025 proposing to the 1 alienate the leasehold rights of the subject property. Aggrieved over the same, they filed their representations dated 30.09.2025 12.02.2025 & 26.05.2025. However, the said representations were not considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition. 3/7
5. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations filed by the petitioners will be considered within a period of 4 weeks.
6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record.

In the case on hand, the petitioners, being the lawful lessees and cultivators of the respective subject properties, are in peaceful possession of the said properties and also paying the lease amounts to the Receivers st respondent appointed vide the order of this Court. 8. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioners' representations dated 30.09.2025, 12.02.2025 & 26.05.2025, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
9. With the above directions, these writ petitions are disposed of. No cost. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
