Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents, to sanction and disburse the pay for the suspension period from 2.5.2008 to 28.12.2012 which is already regularized as duty by the 2nd respondent in 1/4

his proceedings Na.Ka.No.37292/2024/F1 dated 24.2.2025 with interest, to sanction annual increments from 1.10.2008 to 1.10.2024 with arrears of pay, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the name of the petitioner for promotion as Assistant Executive Engineer on par with petitioner Junior Thiru.S.Mohammed Shahul Hameed promoted as Assistant Executive Engineer in the proceedings dated 14.7.2020 and joined duty on 15.7.2020 within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to sanction and disburse the pay for the suspension period from 2.5.2008 to 28.12.2012 which is already regularized as duty by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.37292/2024/F1 dated 24.2.2025 with interest, to sanction annual increments from 1.10.2008 to 1.10.2024 with arrears of pay, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the name of the petitioner for promotion as Assistant Executive Engineer on par with petitioner Junior Thiru.S.Mohammed Shahul 2/4

Hameed promoted as Assistant Executive Engineer in the proceedings dated 14.7.2020 and joined duty on 15.7.2020 within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 03.10.2025 of the petitioner in the light of the orders passed by this Court in WP.no.31787 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 and in the light of the proceedings issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka. No.37292/2024/F1 dated 24.02.2025 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
