ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.27080 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, passed by this Court to report before the Judicial Magistrate at 10.30 a.m every Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m on every Saturday and Sunday, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27080 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
