This application has been filed by the applicants to condone the delay of 11 days in representing the written statement. Page No.2 of 4

2. According to the applicants, they are the defendants 2-5 and 7-9 in the main Suit. They filed the written statement on 08.07.2025 and the same was returned and thereafter, due to the ill health of the learned counsel appearing for the applicants, they were unable to represent the same. Therefore, there is a delay of 11 days in representing the written statement. Hence, they filed this application.

3.The other side has no objection.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances of the case and in order to give a fair chance to the applicants, this application is allowed.
