Respondent(s) PRAYER This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent Tahsildar to cancel the Legal Heir Certificate issued by the 2 nd Respondent in his Proceedings dated 07.11.2022 in Ni.Mu.3141/2022 (A2), consequently issue a fresh Legal Heir Certificate by including the names of all the legal heirs of Late Dhanam by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 07.03.2025 and 14.06.2025 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble court.
