ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction, directing the 1 st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2019 and disburse the amount from the above fixed deposit acccounts to the petitioner.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's mother has invested funds in eight fixed deposits in the first respondent bank and out of 8 fixed deposits, in 6 fixed deposits, the petitioner has been appointed as nominee. The third respondent has sent a letter to the first respondent requesting not to release any od the deposits to the nominees. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondents 2 and 3 are deliberately trying to harass the claim of the petitioner, hence, thepetitioner has made a representation for releasing the deposits in her favour, which is pending without consideration. Hence, seeks for a direction.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

4. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents, notice to them is dispensed with.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2019 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
