O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third and fourth respondents to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders pursuant to the summons issued by the fourth respondent vide Na.Ka.No.26/Mineral.2025 dated 18.02.2025 and thereafter to take appropriate departmental and criminal action against the fifth respondent, in accordance with law, within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third and fourth respondents are directed to conduct enquiry pursuant to the summons issued by the fourth respondent dated 18.02.2025, against the fifth respondent and, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fifth 2/4

respondent and affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
