Heard.

2. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 CPC to withdraw F.C.O.P. No.197 of 2025 pending on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu and to transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Kancheepuram.

3. It is submitted that the respondent/husband has filed F.C.O.P. No.197 of 2025 seeking divorce and the matter is at counter stage. There is no appearance for the respondent.

4. In the above circumstances, this Court is satisfied that the transfer sought is to be 2/6

ordered.

5. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P. No.1259 of 2025 is allowed and the following directions are issued:

(i) F.C.O.P. No.197 of 2025 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Kancheepuram. (ii) The Family Court, Chengalpattu shall transmit the entire records forthwith to the transferee Court.

(iii) The Subordinate Court, Kancheepuram shall take up the matter and proceed in accordance with law, from the stage at which it presently stands.
