The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on account of demise of the first respondent, the present petition has been filed to accept the cause title given in the Memorandum of Grounds filed against the Fair order dated 09.06.2025 passed in REP.No.17 of 2023 in O.S.No.56 of 2008 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Rasipuram.
