O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal City Civil Court, City Civil Court campus, Chennai to number the I.A. E-filing No.ATN20220019410D202500063 in L.A.O.P.No.88 of 2024.

2. When the matter came up for hearing earlier, a remarks was called for from the concerned Court regarding the present status of the petition filed by the petitioner through e-portal. The learned Principal Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Chennai in his letter dated 05.12.2025 stated that the application filed by the petitioner seeking to recall of money was rejected on 24.10.2025, raising following objection:- "How this petition is maintainable, when main OP is pending"

It is further stated that the petition for recall was not represented by the petitioner till date.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to represent the papers by offering his explanation.

4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to represent the petition in Efiling No.ATN20220019410D202500063 in L.A.O.P.No.88 of 2024, within 2/4

a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, offering his explanation for the objection raised by the Court below. If the Court is satisfied with the explanation offered by the petitioner, IA shall be numbered and the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law. If the Court is not satisfied with the explanation offered by the petitioner, the matter shall be called in open Court and the petitioner shall be given an opportunity to him to putforth his case. Thereafter, orders shall be passed on merits on the maintainability.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
