..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records

relating to the impugned Refusal Slip no.7/2024 dated 05.11.2024 issued by the 1st Respondent and quash the same as illegal and praying for consequential direction to the 1st respondent to register the Sale Deed dated 25.10.2024 presented by the petitioner within the time that may be stipulated by the Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

Intending to sell a property over which the petitioner asserts title, the petitioner executed sale deed dated 25.10.2024 and presented the same for registration. The request for registration was rejected under the impugned refusal check slip dated 05.11.2024 by referring to proceedings dated 31.03.2016 of the District Registrar.

2. The proceedings dated 31.03.2016 have been placed on record. By such proceedings, it was concluded that the agents under two specific general powers of attorney had exceeded their authority while executing conveyances. Without challenging proceedings dated 31.03.2016 and having the same set

aside, the petitioner cannot seek registration of sale deed dated 25.10.2024. Leaving it open to the petitioner to assail proceedings dated 31.03.2016 and thereafter seek registration of the above mentioned sale deed, the present writ petition is disposed of.
