ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representations referred to in the prayer to this writ petition, seeking transfer of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Since the representations of the petitioner seeking transfer of patta has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, and on instructions, he would submit that the enquiry has already been completed in the petitioner's representations seeking transfer of patta and the 2nd respondent shall pass final orders, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioners' representations referred to in the prayer to this writ petition, seeking transfer of patta, in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.
