ORDER

The petitioner asserts that he had purchased a property under sale deed dated 09.02.2015 on the basis of a representation from the promoter that it was a fully approved site. Subsequently, he states that he discovered that it was classified as 'Nanjai Lake Irrigation'. In order to prevent a recurrence of such incident, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted a grievance petition before the authorities concerned. He seeks consideration

thereof by this writ petition.

2. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the fourth respondent would consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's grievance petition on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. There will be no order as to costs.
