O R D E R
The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to conduct speedy investigation, based on the petitioners' complaint dated 28.06.2025 to the first respondent. Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition (Criminal) is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Notice to respondents 4 to 9 is dispensed with, inasmuch as no order prejudicial to their interest is passed. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that respondents 4 to 9 are causing unnecessary disturbance to the petitioners 2/5
with an intention to grab the petitioners' property. Hence, the petitioners sent a representation dated 28.06.2025 to the first respondent Police seeking suitable action. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the present petition has been filed.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that based on the representation given by the petitioners to the first respondent, enquiry is being conducted by the second respondent in C.S.R.No.480 of 2025 and the said enquiry would be concluded within a period of four weeks.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of with a direction to the second respondent Police to dispose of C.S.R.No.480 of 2025, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
