This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.28509 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025 passed by this Court to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore daily at 1/4

10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they belong to a tribal community and are natives of Kalvarayan Hills, Kallakurichi District. He further submitted that they are engaged solely in agricultural work. Hence, he prays for modification of the aforesaid condition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the investigation is still pending, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition at this stage. The existing conditions shall therefore continue to remain in force.
