This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 129 days in re-presenting the appeal filed in Crl.A.SR.No.64485 of 2024.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: "the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai", within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
